From my experience of dealing with anxiety and stress it isn’t an exciting adventure, however, there are many helpful tips and tricks to deal with them. On the CDC site they have posted helpful ways to deal with these stressful times. Many people deal with anxiety and stress in different ways so realize that you are not alone.
