
Chatfield Art Club, And Why Should You Join?
There is no doubt that there are many clubs and organizations offered at Chatfield Senior High School that students can attend to grow practical life skills, build relationships and connections with peers, explore new interests, and to enhance personal and professional development. Art Club is a new club offered at Chatfield this year and is Clay Club and National Art Honor Society now combined into one. It is one of the many school programs that offers all sorts of opportunities to learn new skills and meet new friends along the way.
When and where is Art Club held?
Art club at Chatfield is offered during school hours on every other Wednesday during Advisement in either room C114 or C108 for all students who are looking to explore their creative side to work on and create their very own artistic projects. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join, Art Club is for every student with varying skill levels of art that can work with Clay, Painting, Drawing, Etc. If you are interested in joining Art Club you can also get National Art Honor Society credits towards graduation with an additional rainbow colored cord and grad cap tassel to wear on graduation day.

Art Club does have a $10 student fee to cover the cost of materials of projects throughout the year. Any questions you may have can be answered when additional information about the Art Club will be included in the first meeting on September 3rd during advisement. Art Club needs some new faces during the 25-26 school year so consider joining for all the benefits that participating in new club can provide you such as enhancing your creativity, new skills, and confidence building skills in new environments which all can be helpful during your high school career.
