School Security has been a priority at Chatfield for the past couple of weeks. Due to multiple robberies in the week of February 7th through 11th at a local 1st bank, Chatfield went on lockdown multiple times. Luckily, nothing happened at the Chatfield building.

Knowing that people are so willing and capable of bank robberies so close to the Chatfield building could be disturbing to some students, teachers, and parents. Though this may be true, it is a great sign that nothing happened inside the school or to Chatfield students outside the school either. At the end of the day, the robber was caught and this shouldn’t happen again in the near future.
