Have nothing to do over Thanksgiving break? Here are some places that you could visit within a 3-hour drive of our school!
1. Rocky Mountains: The Rocky Mountains are a special place to go if you want to take pictures, go for a hike, or just get outdoors, and the drive there is 1 hour and 42 minutes.

2. Pike-San Isabel National Forest: This national park is memorable, beautiful, and if you want to go camping, you can go there, or if you want something that is a little closer with the drive is only 1hr and the cost per vehicle is $10.

3. Mueller State Park: Mueller State Park is an awesome place to go if you’re looking to take pictures or even if you just want to take in some great scenery. You can see Pikes Peak from it, as well as if you want to take a little vacation, because you can rent out a cabin, and it is $10 per vehicle as well, and the drive is an hour and 56 minutes.

4. Keystone Resort: The Keystone Resort is more of an activity-based place to go because you can ski and snowboard there, but it is still an amazing way to get outdoors. However, it can be a little pricey to go there if you are renting gear, and the drive takes 1 hour and 16 minutes.

5. Pikes Peak: Pikes Peak is a Memorable place to go if you’re looking to go on a hike. There are significant signs with interesting facts and history along the trails, and the cost is $18 per adult and $8 per child, as well, and the drive is about 2 hours and 9 minutes.
